Please note: order fulfillment for all orders for Gray Research and Partners for Excellence books and material is done through Gray Research through the ordering form below.  

To order from anywhere in the world, enter your order using a credit card using the secure links in our ordering system. Credit card processing is provided by PayPal but does not require a PayPal account.

Shipping charges

You can choose between:   

US Domestic shipping (per book in US dollars) to any location within the United States:  

US Postal Service book rate: about 7 days delivery time -- no charge 

US Postal Service media mail/fourth class: about 7 days delivery time -- $2.41

US Postal Service priority delivery: 2 to 3 day delivery time -- $4.95

International (non US) shipping (per book in US dollars)  from the US to any location outside the US (including Canada, Latin America, Asia, Europe, etc.):

US Postal Service global priority mail: 4 to 6 days delivery time -- $15 

Federal Express priority mail: 2 to 3 days delivery service -- $90 

Free shipping on all orders that include S&OP Instructor's Manual, MPS Instructor's Manual, or Advanced Master Production Scheduling Video.  For these orders, select free domestic shipping.  Your order will be shipped at our expense using USPS Priority (US) or USPS Global Priority.
